Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 1 p.m. We request that the rooms be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Bookings are considered firm after you receive a written confirmation by fax, e-mail or by post from the Huber Guesthouse and after payment of a deposit of 100€ to 200€ per room. Please note that we do not assume any bank charges for the transfer of the deposit. The deposit is considered as a security guarantee, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For cancellations occurring up to 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival the deposit will be credited for a future stay. The deposit can be paid in the following ways:

Cancellations, early departure:
Cancellation of a booking is possible up to 5 days prior to arrival at no cost. In case of later cancellation,
- late arrival or early departure a cancellation fee applies:
within 5 days before expected arrival: 80% of the overnight stay arrangement for the room will be charged for the entire period booked
We therefore recommend purchasing our travel cancellation insurance!
Sometimes, something can happen before your journey… in order to avoid cancellation costs in case of illness, accident or death of the insurance holder, his children, parents or grandparents we recommend purchasing our travel cancellation insurance for only 2€ per room and night! Methods of payment:
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and by EC Card. We prefer cash payments.
